Becoming a STEM System Disruptor: Advocating for Inclusive and Equitable Approaches
How do we challenge and disrupt long-standing exclusionary norms in STEM to rightfully reposition STEM as a space of inclusion, where learners can flourish as passionate innovators, advocates, and solution seekers? Through stories and conversations, we consider how individual and collective roles in transforming the field to ensure all learners not only have access to high-quality integrated STEM learning experiences but are invited into STEM in ways that cultivate a deep sense of belonging and purpose.
