ICRSME Machu Picchu Excursion

Join your fellow ICRSME Friends on a trip to Machu Picchu before the XVIII Consultation! The total cost for the excursion is $1410.00 USD for a double-occupancy room, and $1539.00 USD for a single-occupancy room. 

The deadline to register for the current pricing is October 15, 2026. A 50% deposit is due at registration, and the remaining balance is due February 13, 2027. 

The package includes: 

Tours

• Private tours at Machu Picchu, Maras/Moray, and Ollantaytambo

Transportation

• February 28th flgiht from Lima to Cusco
• Airport, hotel, and train station transfers in Cusco
• Private transportation in Cusco
• Train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes
• Shuttle bus between Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu
• Train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo
• March 2nd flight from Cusco to Lima

• Two-night hotel stay and breakfast

• 24/7 assistance and support from Vamos Expeditions

Price does NOT include lunch, snack, dinner, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activites, gratuities, and your initial international travel to Lima. 

Important Items to Consider 

• ICRSME has organized this excursion in partnership with Vamos Expeditions. If you register for the excursion, Vamos will manage and operate your entire experience. ICRSME Leadership utilized Vamos during our intial visit in 2026, and we have chosen to partner with them for your excursion. ICRSME leadership is happy to support your initial communication with the Vamos team, but will not be your point of contact for and during the excursion. 
• Vamos Expeditions will confirm your exact itinerary during registration. 
• You need to be in Lima NO LATER THAN 4 AM on Sunday, February 28th. ICRSME is not responsible for the consequences of delays into Lima and highly recommends that you factor in enough time to get to Peru in order to participate in this excursion.
